Shipping and Handling Charges

We use several shipping carriers including United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), and others. The shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the following table:

International Shipping

Orders shipped to Canada will incur an additional charge of $4.95 per shipment.

Orders shipped to all other countries will incur an additional charge of $14.99 per shipment.

Expedited Shipping

Orders shipped within the United States and Canada qualify for expedited shipment (two day delivery). Expedited shipments will incur an additional charge of $12.95 per shipment.

Florida Sales Tax

Orders shipped within the state of Florida will be charged 6.5% state sales tax.

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address below.

Return / Exchange Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. We will exchange any products damaged in transit. Please call 561-655-3305 or email us: sales@myreforma.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to the color or size you have chosen, we will exchange it. Return it within 10 days of delivery, and include a note telling us the replacement ReForma color and size that you would like. Standard shipping and handling fees will apply.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with your total purchase.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to correct errors and omissions.
